I purchased a VMP Store Gift Card for a friend, how will they receive it?
The purchaser will receive the gift card, just after placing the order and sent as an email to the purchaser’s inbox. The purchaser can then forward the email to their recipient.
How do I redeem a VMP Store Gift Card?
Copy the code provided alongside the card and paste it in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box upon store checkout. (see image below)

What happens if I don't have enough Gift Card balance for what I want to purchase?
During checkout, you'll be given the option to pay the remainder with credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or another gift card.
Can I redeem multiple Gift Cards or Discounts at once?
You may only use one gift card or discount code per purchase. No stacking. This includes other store credit as well.
What happens if I don't use all of my Gift Card balance in a transaction?
Your order will be processed and the balance will remain on the card so you can use it again. You will keep the same code.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
