VMP customers can change the address for future shipments by accessing the "Profile Settings" tab of their Membership page. Doing so should also alert our team to update any open orders to the new address, however if any shipments look to still be heading to the old address , go ahead and just send us an email at info@vinylmeplease.com and we can update those.
Unfortunately, we're unable to modify the shipping address for packages once they have shipped, but if this happens, go ahead and just send us an email and we can organize a replacement shipment to the new address.
*For Domestic customers, keep in mind that USPS mail forwarding will not work with VMP shipments, as they're classified as Media Mail.
