All subscriptions automatically renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Canceling mid-term will keep your account active until the term has been completed.
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations. We’re committed to making Vinyl Me, Please great for you so if anything ever isn’t working for you just reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make the remainder of your subscription amazing.
Orders placed in the store are processed shortly after the order is placed. If an order is scheduled to ship at a future date (with a ROTM or a pre-order), we can adjust orders up until they’ve been processed for shipment. If you selected a paid shipping option, it’s possible the order has already been processed and is unable to be canceled.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, we’re unable to cancel the order. Email us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Gift subscriptions can be canceled for a full refund up until the gift is redeemed. Please also keep in mind, Gift subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled by the recipient via their account, or through a support request.
