Fulfillment
Our warehouse is still operational, and every precaution is being taken to ensure the health of our employees. We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis but things are moving slower than they would be in normal circumstances. Our standard monthly fulfillment timelines have been delayed by up to 10 business days. Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.
Shipping Timelines for Domestic Orders
At this time USPS is operating with an expected delay of 1-2 days over typical delivery times. Certain locations, especially larger cities, are experiencing additional delays due to labor shortages.
Shipping Timelines for International Orders
DHL is experiencing a general slowdown across the board regarding both shipping and tracking information, though the majority of packages are being delivered on schedule. Please allow 72 hours after fulfillment for tracking information for international packages to display properly.
Shipments to China
Due to the Coronavirus, DHL had halted all shipments into China. This meant any orders that had shipped and were not yet delivered (in Feb. and Mar.) would remain in transit (or returned to sender) until DHL resumed service. It also meant any unfulfilled orders would be held until further notice.
For unshipped orders, stock has been allocated for your orders, and they’ll ship once they’re able to. Fortunately, we are able to ship packages out to China once more, so any packages that DHL were holding that had already shipped should be delivered. If it was Returned to Sender, we will send those back out directly from our Warehouse, once we confirm that we have them.
Any open order that we were holding, is now being packed and shipped. Once those leave our warehouse, you should receive a tracking email as well.
