Store credits can be used towards any order that you place in the store (with the exception of Anthology purchases). Credits can only be applied after they've been applied to your account (we cannot apply credits to past purchases).
To view your store credit balance, log into your account. The balance will be viewable near the top right corner of you account settings page:
During Checkout, you will have the option to allocate some, or all of your credits to the order. Use the slider to select preferred amount to be used and select 'Apply.' Unfortunately, you are unable to use credits and coupons/discount codes at the same time.
Membership credits are automatically deducted from any future subscription renewal(s), including add-on subscriptions. If your membership credit balance is not enough to cover a renewal in its entirety, the membership credits will be deducted before your card is charged for the remainder of the renewal.

Can I transfer my credits to store / membership?
