While we hope it never comes to it, we understand you might need to cancel your membership. You can cancel your membership by logging into your account and heading to your membership page.
Canceling Your Primary Track
Once you’ve accessed your membership page, click the blue ‘Edit’ link next to ‘Term’ under your Primary Membership.
Clicking ‘edit’ will take you to your ‘Manage Term’ screen. From there, scroll down and click ‘Cancel Membership.’
You’ll then be prompted to answer one more question and can process your cancellation. Once done, your membership page will reflect your scheduled cancellation. During this period, you can always ‘undo cancellation’, should you change your mind.
Canceling An Add-On Track
Log into your account and go to your membership page. Find the Add-On you want to cancel on the left-hand panel. Click "Edit"
After clicking "Edit," a window will pop up where you'll have the option to "Keep" or "Remove" the add-on. To cancel it, simply click "Remove."
After you confirm your cancelation, you will see confirmation under the track with the cancelation date. Note, all cancelations are automatically scheduled to take place on the next renewal date.
Undoing a cancelation
If you decide you want to keep your membership prior to it canceling, just log back in and click "Undo cancelation" underneath the track you want to remain subscribed to.
If I cancel my primary track (and I have add ons), will it automatically set all my subscriptions to cancel?
Yes, canceling a primary track, will automatically schedule all tracks to cancel on their next renewal dates. If you simply wish to cancel your primary track, but want to keep your other tracks, please first select a new primary track, then cancel the track you wish to cancel via the Add-On cancelation flow.
