How does international shipping work?
Internationally, we ship via DHL Global Mail Services. This means that DHL does the domestic pick up and transport to the destination country and then the local post service completes the final delivery. Here are the tiers for the different areas that we currently ship to:
1) DHL GlobalMail Packet Priority (Europe, Asia/Pacific)
2) DHL Parcel International Direct (Australia)
3) DHL Parcel International Standard (Canada)
Regardless of where you are located, you will get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. The tracking will usually start showing progress with 24-48 hours of shipment.
We currently ship to the follow countries:
- Czech Republic
- Great Britain / United Kingdom
- Hong Kong
- South Korea
- United States
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order, or if the tracking shows that it was delivered but you didn’t actually receive anything, the first step would be to call your local post office to see if they can tell you anything about the delivery/package. If they can’t, email into email@example.com with your full shipping address and we will get another shipment sent your way as soon as possible!
